From registration to handover, and what each side is responsible for along the way.
You register
Free, and there is no approval queue to sit in. An email and a password, or a single-use code if you would rather not manage another password. The catalog opens immediately.
You search against a live client
Filter by district, budget and apartment type. Save the properties that fit so they are waiting for you when the client calls back. Nothing in the catalog is speculative: if it is listed, it exists and it is available.
You request the file
The public listing is a teaser by design. The file we send within 24 hours carries the exact address, floor plan, current condition, rental status if tenanted, running costs, building information and the documentation your client's lawyer will ask for.
We arrange the viewing
In person in the market, or a live video walkthrough if your client cannot travel yet. Our team is local in each market, so this is a scheduling question rather than a logistics project.
We run the transaction with you
Lawyer, notary, engineer and accountant are coordinated on the ground. Buyers who cannot travel complete through a power of attorney. You keep the client relationship throughout.
You publish your own inventory
Submit properties you hold. Each one is reviewed before it goes live, then sits in the same catalog as everything else and reaches buyers already searching in that market.

Verified before it is listed
Every property is checked before it appears: specifications, photography, ownership documents and availability. You are not passing unverified stock to your client.
One file, not a chase
Request any listing and receive the complete file within 24 hours: exact address, floor plan, condition, rental status, running costs and documentation.
We are on the ground
Viewings, due diligence, notary coordination and handover are run by our local team. You keep the client relationship without needing a presence in the Emirates.

Publish your own inventory to the network and put it in front of buyers actively searching for property in the Emirates.
Before you sign up
Does it cost anything to join?

No. Registration is free and there is no subscription. The account exists so that property files reach named contacts rather than anonymous form submissions.
Why can I not see full details without an account?

Property files contain exact addresses, ownership documentation and tenant information. Those belong with identified contacts, not on an open web page.
Do I have to be a licensed agent?

No. The network is open to anyone placing clients into the markets we operate in, though listings you submit are reviewed before publication.
What happens to a listing I publish?

It goes to review first. Once approved it joins the catalog alongside everything else, and enquiries on it come back through us.
